建安公司精心細致做好新員工崗前培訓

7月20日-25日,建安公司精心策(ce)劃,組織22名新員工開展(zhan)了一場豐富多彩(cai)的入職前培訓。

本次培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)以加速新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)對(dui)企業的深入了解(jie)、強化新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)對(dui)企業的人(ren)才需求、幫(bang)助新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)對(dui)自(zi)身能力(li)素質的重新(xin)(xin)認(ren)識、提(ti)升團隊(dui)凝聚(ju)力(li)、激發新(xin)(xin)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)踏實(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)為目(mu)的,在(zai)開展好企業文化及(ji)管理制度方面(mian)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)的基(ji)礎(chu)上,充分發揮公司“員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)基(ji)地”作(zuo)用,組織實(shi)施(shi)了一場內容全面(mian)精煉、理論與實(shi)踐互動的高(gao)質量崗前培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)班。

為(wei)使新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熟悉(xi)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)歷史,了(le)解企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系,在(zai)為(wei)期5天(tian)的(de)(de)(de)培訓時間里(li),公(gong)(gong)司(si)首先從企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)文(wen)化(hua)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)權益保(bao)障、勞動用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)及員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)生涯規劃、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)戰略、項目精細化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、見(jian)習期管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)和(he)安(an)全教育(yu)及企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)安(an)全管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)規章制度(du)等(deng)方(fang)面對新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)行了(le)系統的(de)(de)(de)理(li)(li)(li)論(lun)知識和(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)制度(du)培訓。為(wei)幫助新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)較快融(rong)入企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye),適(shi)應(ying)(ying)新環境,公(gong)(gong)司(si)還(huan)安(an)排新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)老員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代(dai)表前往西安(an)某戶外運動基(ji)地開展(zhan)團(tuan)隊拓展(zhan)訓練(lian),進(jin)一步加(jia)深了(le)新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)之(zhi)間、新老員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)了(le)解和(he)信任,為(wei)扎(zha)根企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)安(an)心工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)建(jian)立了(le)良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)人文(wen)環境。為(wei)提高新員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)踐動手(shou)能(neng)力,公(gong)(gong)司(si)重點組織他們(men)到陜(shan)鐵院“建(jian)安(an)公(gong)(gong)司(si)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)培養(yang)基(ji)地”開展(zhan)為(wei)期三天(tian)的(de)(de)(de)廣聯(lian)達(da)軟(ruan)件應(ying)(ying)用(yong)、BIM技(ji)術(shu)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)技(ji)能(neng)封閉式集訓。

培訓期間(jian),建(jian)安公司總(zong)(zong)經理李保群,黨委(wei)書(shu)(shu)記郗宜(yi)君,黨委(wei)副(fu)書(shu)(shu)記、紀委(wei)書(shu)(shu)記馬龍(long),安全總(zong)(zong)監楊東雷,副(fu)總(zong)(zong)經理張(zhang)奉超(chao)等在家(jia)(jia)公司領(ling)導親臨培訓課堂,看望新員工(gong)(gong)并(bing)與大家(jia)(jia)進行了親切交流。他(ta)們對新員工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)到(dao)來(lai)(lai)表示(shi)熱烈的(de)(de)歡迎,希(xi)望新員工(gong)(gong)盡快(kuai)實(shi)現角色轉(zhuan)換(huan),迅速融入(ru)到(dao)建(jian)安公司這個大家(jia)(jia)庭(ting)來(lai)(lai),并(bing)勉勵大家(jia)(jia)到(dao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)后,要努力將(jiang)所學的(de)(de)理論知(zhi)識(shi)與崗(gang)位(wei)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)結(jie)合(he)(he)起(qi)來(lai)(lai),將(jiang)實(shi)現個人的(de)(de)人生價值與推動(dong)企業的(de)(de)改革(ge)發展(zhan)(zhan)結(jie)合(he)(he)起(qi)來(lai)(lai),為建(jian)安公司的(de)(de)改革(ge)與發展(zhan)(zhan)做出貢獻。
