  中鐵一局滬(hu)渝蓉高鐵項目自進場以(yi)來(lai),力爭打(da)(da)造“智(zhi)慧(hui)工(gong)地”實現“科技賦能”,使科技創(chuang)新為全面提升施工(gong)現場安全文明標準化(hua)(hua)打(da)(da)下堅實的“智(zhi)能”基礎(chu),讓項目管理(li)更加數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)、精細(xi)化(hua)(hua)、智(zhi)慧(hui)化(hua)(hua)、規范化(hua)(hua),提高了施工(gong)生產的效率、靈(ling)活性和(he)響應速度。

  面對(dui)海(hai)門(men)北站及明挖隧道段(duan)規模體量大(da)、地質(zhi)條件差、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風險高、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織難的種種不利因素,如(ru)何(he)將復(fu)雜的工(gong)(gong)(gong)程信(xin)(xin)息采集(ji)(ji)、整理、分(fen)析、傳(chuan)達(da)(da)、共享(xiang),成了一塊“硬骨頭”。自年(nian)初開始,項(xiang)目部便(bian)對(dui)原(yuan)有的系統進行(xing)升級,將機械化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、信(xin)(xin)息化管(guan)理有效融合(he),搭建(jian)安全、質(zhi)量、進度(du)、設備管(guan)理四大(da)模塊為一體的“數(shu)智(zhi)中(zhong)心系統”。以(yi)科技(ji)支撐為手(shou)段(duan),聚集(ji)(ji)數(shu)字化、智(zhi)能(neng)化建(jian)造技(ji)術(shu)探索應用,不斷打(da)磨智(zhi)能(neng)建(jian)造“鐵(tie)路(lu)芯”,切實(shi)達(da)(da)到信(xin)(xin)息技(ji)術(shu)和(he)生產(chan)建(jian)設深度(du)融合(he),縱深推進標準(zhun)化向(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序延伸,建(jian)造地下工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)信(xin)(xin)息化控(kong)制中(zhong)樞(shu)“大(da)腦”。

  實現施工原料與器械“有的放矢”

  “智能降水(shui)”根據基坑開挖深度,每座降水(shui)井可實現自(zi)動啟停,遠程監控(kong),降水(shui)分(fen)析,水(shui)位(wei)預警等功能,實現分(fen)層降水(shui),按需(xu)抽水(shui),安(an)全(quan)節(jie)能的目的。

  海門北站(zhan)圍護工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)數量(liang)大,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)樁多達(da)(da)四千余根(gen),傳統的(de)人(ren)(ren)力監測會耗費(fei)巨大的(de)時(shi)間與成本,同時(shi)圍護結構和支撐樁為基(ji)坑安全的(de)關鍵部位。所以采用北斗(dou)+互聯網工(gong)(gong)藝控(kong)(kong)制,通(tong)過對鉆機賦能,全方(fang)位監控(kong)(kong)成孔(kong)精度、垂直度、深度以及成孔(kong)過程(cheng),現(xian)場出(chu)現(xian)偏差閾值(zhi)可通(tong)過短(duan)信預(yu)警(jing),快速糾(jiu)偏,達(da)(da)到人(ren)(ren)員實(shi)時(shi)管控(kong)(kong),提高工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)。

  基(ji)(ji)坑采用(yong)智(zhi)能自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)在線監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)系(xi)統,其能夠遠(yuan)程(cheng)自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)控制、監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)精準、內容(rong)全面、監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)速度快、人員配置少、測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量數據(ju)(ju)穩定可(ke)靠、快速分(fen)析基(ji)(ji)坑沉降及位移變化(hua)情況等(deng)特點,可(ke)實現自動(dong)(dong)生成監(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)報表、結果統計(ji)、預警發布穩定性評估、數據(ju)(ju)分(fen)析等(deng)功(gong)能。
